You might think you’ve heard of every kind of manicure ever invented, but you might be wrong.  You’ve had the regular manicures before, right?  With the soaking and the cuticle pushing and the buffing and the application of nail polish, right? Well, in 2005 some board businessmen in Singapore were waiting for their wives to finish up getting their manicures while on a trip to Thailand and put their heads together and came up with E-Manicure. It’s a machine with a camera that can paint a picture on your nails. The camera takes a picture of anything, from your loved one to your beloved poodle Killer, and then paints a full color picture of them on your nails.

Other machines similar to this have been created but this is the first one that weighs so little and gives an incredibly beautiful rendition of the photograph on your nails for about $1.20 a nail.

Of course the machine costs over three thousand dollars to produce and would cost more for your local nail salon to purchase, so I wouldn’t expect the machine to be in every nail salon on every strip mall in the world.  

If you really want a picture of someone painted on your nails then you’d better call around to see if any nail salons in your area have this machine or one similar.  If not, then you may just have to satisfy yourself with an everyday manicure from your nail artist, which really isn’t a bad deal at all.
